The Program
At Oasis in the Bronx at I.S. 313, children get the opportunity to be surrounded by strong role models who are dedicated to providing traditional camp experience where children can form positive relationships while learning together. Children at Oasis in the Bronx will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities within Sports and Games, Creative and Performing Arts, Enrichment, Field Trips, and Swimming. We swim at Crotona Park Pool.
Eligibility
Priority is given to applicants who are students I.S. 313.
*Students living in the community who do not attend one of the schools above and who did not attend the program during summer 2008 may still be accepted into the program if there is availability. We encourage you to apply, after which you will be waitlisted. We will accept families on a first come, first serve basis and will notify all families that are accepted into the program by June 15th.

Program Dates and Times
Oasis will operate on weekdays, from July 5th - August 19th from 9am-5pm daily, with Drop-off times of between 8:30am - 9am and pick up times of between 5 and 5:3 0pm.
Ages
Oasis in the Bronx at 313 is for boys and girls ages 11 - 14. Children are grouped by age.
Activities
Children at Oasis in the Bronx will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities within Sports and Games, Creative and Performing Arts, Enrichment and Swimming. We swim at Crotona Park Pool.
Meals
Lunch is provided by the City of New York. Breakfast is also available, breakfast drop off time is 8:15am.

This camp is licensed by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and is inspected twice yearly. The inspection reports are filed at the Bureau of Food Safety and Community Sanitation.
