Oasis New York Summer Day Camps

The Program
At Oasis in Harlem, kids love the celebration of culture and diversity. We provide the opportunity for children to be creative, as well as grow self confidence in and out of the classroom. A traditional day camp in many ways, the Oasis in Harlem program includes sports and recreation, visual and performing arts, swimming, field trips, an outdoor education component that includes environmental studies, a culminating event, and much more.

Oasis in Harlem is open only to P.S. 208 students.

Program Dates and Times
Oasis in Harlem will operate on weekdays, from July 5th - August 13th from 9am-5pm daily, with Drop-off times between 8:30am - 9am and pick up times by 5:3 0pm.

Ages
Oasis in Harlem is for boys and girls ages 5-12. Children are grouped by age.

Meals
Department of Education provides Breakfast and Lunch to all Oasis in Harlem campers. Breakfast is served from 8:15 to 8:45am. A one hour lunch is provided during the day.

Oasis Children's Services operate a variety of summer and day camps for New York City children, teens and teenagers in the Manhattan area. We currently operate summer camps and day camps in two locations, Central Park and Downtown Manhattan. In addition to summer day camps, Oasis offers year round holiday and after-school adventure programs.

Oasis Downtown is just a short walk away from East River Park, one of New York City’s largest recreational facilities with ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, a soccer field and more. Nearby is Hamilton Fish Pool, one of New York City’s most popular swimming facilities. Oasis Downtown has a full arts program, sports instruction, swim instruction and a travel component takes advantage of all New York City has to offer.

Oasis summer day camp in Central Park offers a program that includes sports and recreation, visual and performing arts, swim instruction and a travel that takes advantage of all the City has to offer. The program also has a unique outdoor education component that includes environmental studies, orienteering, rock climbing and much more.
