Happy Fall!
This is my (second) favorite time of year (after Summer, of course!). (Jewish) Holidays are over, my kids are (mostly)adjusted to the new school year, and I have the chance to walk alone in Central Park and take in the crisp air, cool grass, and significantly fewer mosquitoes. It’s amazing how different the park looks now, without 250 Oasis CP campers playing everywhere.
Speaking of things looking different, it’s Halloween! Time to dress up as something or someone different and have a little fun. Here are some great excuses to get dressed up in costume!
For the littler ones:
Halloween at Sloomoo Institute!!! Wear a costume, win a prize? Count me in!
Trick or Treat in Washington Square Park (ages 2-10) October 27, 2-6pm
For the bigger ones:
Watson Adventures’ Ghosts of Greenwich Village Family Scavenger Hunt (ages 10+) Oct. 30, 2021, 4-6pm
Sleepy Hollow the Musical! (For older kids only) through November 7, at The Player Theater in Greenwich Village
